THE CARGO COLLECTION

This pant has a forgiving 2” waist band with drawstring. There are two side seam pockets and two back patch pockets with Velcro to assist in keeping your valuables safe. It also features a front cell phone pocket and a thigh high cargo pocket. It is a slightly slimmer fit than our baggy so it can easily be worn both in and out of the kitchen.

Bruno Serato came to this country 25 years ago and got his first job in the United States as a dishwasher in an established and gorgeous French restaurant, La Vie en Rose. In just 3 years time, he was promoted to bus boy, then to waiter and ultimately to Maitre d’. Then in 1986, the Southern California Restaurant Writers awarded him the prestigious honor of “Maitre D’ of the Year”. Soon after, in 1987, Bruno purchased The Anaheim White House. It did not take long for it to become an acclaimed restaurant both in California and on a national level. The White House is one of only a few recipients in Orange County of the “Five Star Diamond Award”, presented by the American Academy of Hospitality Science. Chef Code is proud to have Bruno Serato, pictured above, in one of our fine garments and holding a copy of his recent cook book, TEMPTATION AT THE WHITE HOUSE
