	Bruno Serato Proprietor Anaheim White House Restaurant Anaheim, CA Bruno Serato came to this country 25 years ago and got his first job in the United States as a dishwasher in an established and gorgeous French restaurant, La Vie en Rose. In just 3 years time, he was promoted to bus boy, then to waiter and ultimately to Maitre d’. Then in 1986, the Southern California Restaurant Writers awarded him the prestigious honor of “Maitre D’ of the Year”. Soon after, in 1987, Bruno purchased The Anaheim White House. It did not take long for it to become an acclaimed restaurant both in California and on a national level. The White House is one of only a few recipients in Orange County of the “Five Star Diamond Award”, presented by the American Academy of Hospitality Science.
